When a guy asks a girl to do something that’s really hard for him, she’ll do it

“I had a great time on the job, but it wasn’t about the money,” says Steve, the 41-year-old director of sales for a food truck.

“I wasn’t doing the things that would get me into the business.

I didn’t want to be a part of the problem.

And I didn.

And my girlfriend is like, ‘Oh, that’s a great way to look at it.’

“She said, ‘Hey, we’ve got a couple of kids and they want to get their dad a job, and they’re going to need a job,'” he says. “

“And I’m thinking, Well, that’ll be a great opportunity. “

And she said, Yeah, I’ll do that for you.’

And so I got in the line, walked in, and it was like, Wow.

I’m sitting there in the parking lot with my wife and my kids and my truck, and I’m feeling really good.”

That first year at work, Steve was making $50,000 a year, which he didn’t think he’d make for another five years.

But then, with the help of his wife and their kids, Steve found himself with more cash and more freedom to pursue his dreams.

“My wife, I said, What are you going to do?’

And she was like,’ I’m going to be an entrepreneur, Steve says.

‘You’re going be an executive chef.’

And then I started to feel really good about myself.

And that’s when it happened.”

The key to success in the restaurant industry is that you have to be able to turn people around,” says Lisa, who asked that her last name not be used.

And to make them feel like, Yes, I like you, too. “

The key is to make people feel like you’re a great guy and they know you’re going out and doing good things.

And to make them feel like, Yes, I like you, too.

And then you have the opportunity to get out there and do something, and to do it the right way.

And the way I look at the whole business is, you have your head in the sand, you’re working on the side and you’re not looking at the big picture.”

Lisa says the main challenge is that it’s difficult to make a change in your life when you’re so far removed from it, and her company’s experience shows her that’s true.

“We’re really focused on the customers,” Lisa says.

She and her team make sure customers don’t feel left out or not taken care of.

“They get a good meal, and we take care of our guests and the staff.

And we are very transparent.

We don’t hide anything.

We’re all accountable.

I’ve learned so much from the other business owners, and that’s the only thing I think we’ve been able to do.”

Lisa’s company, Sip, has been open about the sacrifices she and her family have made for the company.

“One of the biggest things we learned in this business is to do your homework,” she says.

For instance, Siphas staff has been trained in “how to make the customer feel comfortable, to feel appreciated, and also to make sure they’re happy.”

She has also worked with the owners to help them “do a better job at making sure they know who their customers are.”

“I think what really helped us was that we were all in the same boat,” she adds.

“It’s hard for us to change our minds and not be worried about the people that we love and are proud of.

Lisa has been in the food industry for 20 years and has spent many of those years in relationships with men who had different backgrounds than she did. “

So we’re always thinking of how we can improve.”

“That’s why we’ve learned how to navigate that and what to do about it,” she explains.

“For a long time, I was just like, Well I don’t know.

I just think I’m really good at what I do.

And when I was in my 30s, it was all about, What am I doing for you?

I was the boss, and now I’m the boss’s wife.

It doesn’t make sense to me.

And it’s very hard to change your mindset.”

Lisa and her wife have been married for nearly 25 years.

Her husband works in the construction industry.

She also works as a personal trainer and is a licensed massage therapist.

Lisa says she and Steve are “very supportive of each other.”

They’ve both shared that they’ve worked hard to create a family that is healthy and happy, and Lisa
