In the midst of a bushfire raging in the Brazilian state of Roraima, a tree was rescued from the flames.
The nut tree was taken to a nearby hospital in an effort to save it from the damage.
The tree was brought to the hospital to be examined by the fire department, who found the nut to be in good condition and had been put on display.
Roraimo mayor Jose Luis Campos said the tree had been cut down and put into a wood frame, which is now being stored.
The fire is currently burning about 20km (12 miles) from the town of Barra da Tijuca in the province of São Paulo.
